DELIVERY
When buying on our website, we might split your order into several parcels. The number of parcels is indicated on the right upper side of the invoice. If multiple parcels are sent via Omniva parcel machine, you will pay for each parcel separately upon collecting your parcel. If the parcel is delivered by courier, payment has to be made for each parcel. To pay for the parcel upon courier delivery bank card payment is accepted. If your order is split, you will receive the rest of the order at a separate time. The split delivery mechanism is based on our logistics system.
If the parcel is delivered by Omniva courier, service payment has to be made upon delivery. Only bank card payment is accepted. To pay upon delivery Omniva parcel machine service is available as well. Only bank card payment is possible upon collecting your order.

Orders over €50,00 are delivered free of charge.
Orders are sent for delivery form Monday to Friday 3.00 – 7.00 pm.
You will receive your order according to your selected delivery method:
- By Omniva – in 3 to 5 business days (orders are delivered on Saturdays as well).
Delivery is made to the address indicated on the order.
Two delivery options are available:
- Omniva post / parcel machine – €3.50;
- Upon receiving your parcel via Omniva parcel machine, you will need to enter a unique door code that will be sent to you by text message. After you have entered the code, the door of the parcel machine locker holding your parcel will open. The parcel that has been sent to you will be kept in the parcel machine for 7 days. If you do not collect your parcel within 7 days it will be returned to the sender. To receive the returned parcel the byer will be charged for shipping costs.
- If you have chosen Omniva courier service you will receive a text message with the shipping information to the phone number indicated in the shipment. If the parcel could not be delivered within 3 days it will be returned to the sender. You can still receive the returned parcel by covering the shipping costs.
- Please note! Due to the emergency situation in the region caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Omniva courier accepts bank card payments only!
- If the customer registers a third party as a receiver (for example, sending a gift package), the third party takes over the rights and responsibility of the customer regarding damage and/or loss of the parcel after receiving the package from the courier. The shoe store is not able to cancel the order when the customer has received it (it means that upon return of the goods within 14 days shipping costs will not be covered).
DAMAGE AND/OR ITEM DISCREPANCY
- Each item is carefully examined before sending it out from the warehouse.
- If you have received a damaged parcel, please:

- Insignificant damage to the parcels is possible and is accepted. In case of a significant damage, please follow the guidelines:
- The parcel is significantly damaged. Please open the parcel and check the condition of the goods in the presence of the courier. If the goods are not damaged, accept the parcel, sign the delivery confirmation and leave a note about the damage on the invoice or any other document attached.
- If upon opening of the package the goods are damaged – you have the right to reject it. In this case in the presence of the courier, write down the complaint protocol in a free form and immediately contact us!
- Please, when you get in touch with our Customer Service, specify the order number, Name, Surname and tracking number (all this information was sent to you by e-mail and is indicated on the package of the parcel as well).
- Upon receiving the parcel we will refund the amount of the purchase as soon as possible. Usually, the refund of the goods is processed within 14 days after receiving the confirmation of the return, depending on the policy of the client’s bank, but not later than within 30 days after the goods have been received at the warehouse of “Kristīne RR”.

As soon as your order is assembled and sent from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail, confirming that your order has been sent out.
