This return policy is valid when buying goods on our website. In other cases, please contact the same store you bought the goods at.

You have 14 days to make your decision! You can return an item within 14 days after the order is placed.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods purchased in the online store! The product can be returned to the Omniva parcel post office in Sigulda Elvi Vidus street parcel post office!

 In the case of purchase return the amount of the goods is refunded to the indicated bank account within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE: The item that is returned to us cannot be worn, damaged or into a non-conforming state. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels intact. Therefore, we advise to open the packaging carefully. For return to be accepted, you need to fill out the return form and seal the package properly.
